I’m drawing Her portrait in a fox mask my ukr-can friend Sasha gifted me years ago in Mexico, in my hand - candle and tools, piercing the darkness away and spreading waves of golden light.. I’m ready and relaxed, as I’m still Life - mushrooms are growing out of my pockets and all around me, I can still taste delicious chilled Valpolicella, sharp aged Parmigiano and sweet grapes. This moment is sacred and we both know it.
